Philosophy
Why we built this
I ran my own independent practice for ten years before I ever wrote a line of this software. The counseling was never the hard part — it was the deadline that lived in a spreadsheet, the essay feedback that lived in email, the invoice that lived in a different app entirely, and the parent update that lived in whichever of those I remembered to check that morning.
AdmitCentral is the tool I built to put all of that in one place: the roster, the college lists, the applications and their deadlines, the essays (in Google Docs, where they already lived), the curriculum, the calendar, the messages, and the invoices. Nothing here replaces your judgment as a counselor — it just stops the busywork from eating the hours you'd rather spend with students.
